Tequila Avion is a high-altitude treasure from the hills of Jalisco, crafted from handpicked Blue Weber Agave that is roasted slowly in brick ovens to bring out its rich, natural flavors. Aged six months, this Silver tequila undergoes a proprietary Ultra Slow Filtration process, creating a remarkably smooth and sophisticated spirit. At 40% alcohol by volume (ABV) (80 Proof), it reveals notes of roasted agave, cherry, pear, and peach, layered with delicate floral hints of rose petals and subtle herbal undertones. Elegant oak aromas mingle with caramel and vanilla, producing a perfectly balanced tequila celebrated with a Double Gold at the 2011 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
